I would not recommend this firm. Despite having a 4+ year relationship as my tax representatives and providing me assurances that they would file the final statements once the dissolution of the company occured, they are not fulfilling their commitment. Their conduct is not only disappointing, unprofessional but has clearly created dispair, since I can not properly document the dissolution of my corporation.

I didn't like anything. They are extremely poor communicators. I was treated like dirt. I am raising a formal complaint.
