Came here when we went to Oxford for the day, and the service was good but not the greatest. The caf was busy and when come in with a pram, none of the workers come to help and when asked where the child seats were got a 'grunt' and a finger pointing to the direction of the seats. A customer come to help us out so was not impressed with the service from the staff at the counter. The staff member who served us was great, and could not fault her but the people at the counter was not nice and from the kitchen we could hear shouting and unpleasant verbal language. The food was expensive but was tasty, and come quick considering how busy it was. But would not recommend this to families with young children/babies, as not much faculties available for them such as food they can eat and difficult to enter the caf and move around.
