Had my car fixed at Motofix Oxford. Good communication during the works. I was aware of the progress and could check details online. They quickly delivered my car and did a great job.

too many things went wrong. don't recommend undell you have to

Terrible, I refused the car twice for such bad workmanship. Three times they had it and 4 weeks later the car was back with us. This was for a minor repair. Would go elsewhere if you paying yourself and not though insurance. Definately the worst repair place I have dealt with.

Recently had my Mazda 2 repaired here following a non-fault accident.Staff:Friendly and helpful. I found they went above and beyond with helping me sometimes. The estimation process:Easy. Nice quick trip to Motofix to do a quick assessment and then take the car away again.Dropping the car off for repair:The car was deemed unroadworthy (by a different company dealing with my claim - interesting decision because it was definitely still okay!) so Motofix came and picked it up on a lowloader from my partner while I was at work. That wasn't a problem at all.The repair itself:This process took a lot longer than expected. Motofix were having issues with their equipment, therefore causing production delays, so this was out of their control really.Getting the car back:Once done, Motofix kindly delivered the car to me at work and took away the hire car at the same time. The driver was professional and I will soon see on my telematics whether or not he drove it well!! This was a smooth, easy process. The car was in great condition. The quality of the repair looks top class and the car had clearly been cared for well. Both the interior and exterior had been well cleaned. Thoroughly impressed so far (will continue to monitor it and ensure no issues arrive).Issues I faced:The major issue I had was communication. This seems common with most garages/bodyshops though.I was not kept well informed throughout the process so had to ring up constantly to find out what was going on. They also kept setting completion dates and then moving them back without telling me, which was a but frustrating. Eventually I just asked them to be honest with me on the date, stating I was in no rush and they managed to produce an honest answer, rather than a hopeful one.Verdict:4 stars only due to communication issues. Otherwise more than satisfied. I will be using them again for another non-fault claim I unfortunately have!!

Did a great job of repairing our BMW M135i after someone needed a little help stopping behind us. Orange is a tricky colour to match, and the car was immaculate before the accident, so I was exceptionally picky on collection. They humoured me and the job is well done, no signs of the incident at all.
