Thanks once again to Dave and the team for a painless and reasonably priced service. What these guys don't know about VW's and Audi's isn't worth knowing. They explain everything fully without being condescending at all. They also have courtesy cars so you can drop yours off and get in with your day. A real gem of a garage.

This is a garage that will get your car fixed. Here is my story:After service in another garage in my 2004 golf I got engine light with "emissions workshop" message. I took it to 2 different places for diagnostic. First didn't tell me anything and second advised on changing turbocharger for about 600 with labour. But I knew the turbo I had was almost new and it can not be this. Fault code indicated it could be EGR....Anyway. I was desperate and could feel how my car was loosing power. I was in pony road auto before for MOT I found them too expensive but in my situation I gave them a try.Dave must have spent his life dealing with VW engines. He identified the issiue in throtle body almost immidietly. which make sense judging by symptoms. He charged me only for the cost of the new part and given me loyalty discount for labour with diagnostic free of charge!!! "Specialists" in the name of the garage is not just for show. They know what they're doing. If you want save yourselves money, time and nerves go to them. I know I will.
