poorly run court
This court mates fathers spend 1000s on fees for child access then stops it there's no fathers rights the judges always give the mother's the all clear even tho they make the fathers life hell
The court was hearing a case for a Danny smith vehicle registered at my property, not checking the fact Im not him they have used my national insurance to do an attachment of earnings to pay court and tribunal costs for a driving offence committed in 2015 despite being told numerous times and given details about myself they have still continued this action against me in 2018.The best bit they will not allow documents to be emailed as proof only letters sent directly. As long as they get their money I dont think they give a rats arse where it comes from.
SEEMS LIKE SOME SORT OF FRAUDULENT AND VERY SHADY BUSINESS PLACE TO ME, UNDER THE GUISE OF COURT OF LAW WHICH IT IS CLEARLY NOT BY DEFINITION. ESPECIALLY THESE SJP'S THEY ARE DEALING WITH VERY DODGY INDEED....
