Tried calling them for a product inquiry instore. No answered after 15 minutes. Tried calling them again and answer machine kept putting me through to switch board. No help at all. Worse customer service...
my favourite supermarket .Good quality and cheap after all who wants to spend a fortune on groceries.The staff are all wonderful , down to earth friendly and welcoming.A credit to the store.so just recently Asda went above and beyond when my car broke down at the asda filling station!Hearing my plight when I came in store the wonderful Robert Moreton insisted on coming to the rescue and actually got me back on the road in twenty mins fixing my car roadside with some tools and equipment from his car!I couldn't believe it but was incredibily grateful.I think this kind of outstanding customer service going beyond the usual shows how genuine and kind the staff are.Fair play to this wonderful employee must also give the lovely Leanne a mention always brightening everyone's day with a chat and some jokes.Great Asda store.
ARE YOU CLOSING DOWN?Once upon a time a lovely store, was able to do a weekly shopping, now can not even get sandwiches. The stock level is shocking, the fruits goes bad after a day or two. You are losing your local customers. Very disappointing.
I have been shopping in Asda Wheatley ever since it opened here.i don't know what's gone wrong,but the shelves are half empty.I have spoken to the manager several times and he said that he had no choice over what is sent to the store ,that they just receive what they are sent.i was so cross this morning when there were so many items i couldn't get that I walked out and left my trolley. I spend over a hundred pounds every week in that store ,surely someone must rectify the system in the shop or it will lose all it's customers.I must say that it's not the staff in the store they are very hard workers and they shouldn't have to have customers moaning about the lack of products.
Well laid out store with plenty of good deals around the shop. Some of the best staff I known in a large supermarket and also like how they have a large variety of staff all who are happy to help and friendly and chatty. Go back regularly and they remember you which is nice in a large busy store. Fill car up on way out and save generally few pennies on fuel too. Easy parking and plenty spaces for disabled or parent and child parking.
