Deserve more stars but the stores are getting very tired with the situation the stores are in at the moment.

EVERY TIME ME AND MY FRIEND GO THERE HE JUST CANT SMILING AT MY FRIEND STARES AT HER LAST VISIT SHE CAUGHT HIM STARING WHEN SHE BEND DOWN MAKES US FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I FEEL SORRY FOR HIS TWO BOYS AND WIFE
Super impressed by the Saturday staff at this Homebase. Something they didn't have -I got fantastic directions to find elsewhere. I had help to carry my heavy purchases and had a friendly engagement with the person on the till and the person helping with the lifting. It what all shops should be like in terms of customer service.
Although the staff can be very helpful, the organisation of said staff needs improving - countless times have I waited to pay for something at the checkout. Also, some of the products aren't of great quality either... personally I would shop at a nursery for plants full stop.
