Very good customer service absolutely worth every single penny. I have been a customer for over six years not even a single complain highly recommended and loads of praise for "Simon" who is assistant manager and "Keith" who is the manager extremely helpful and friendly five stars because that's the most I can rate otherwise 100Remember one thing if you pay peanuts somewhere else you will get doing the job if you want professional help than Insurance factory is place to be.
Had the misfortune of calling their Customer Service number - first time to get a quote and had to wait 25 minutes to get put through - their quote was 220 more expensive than an identical quote with the same insurance company. Second call to them took over 30 minutes to get through.Do yourself a favour - go online or someone else. Insurance Factory not any cheaper and certainly no or little "Customer Service". Doesn't inspire much confidence.
