Called the store to check they if they had stock of a specific Jellycat dino plushie, lady on the phone was very helpful, and let me know they had stock.Called again as after checking directions on google, it said the store was closed, the lady said theyd be open for another 15-20 minutes.(So maybe times need to be updated on google?)Made my way to the store, and the staff were very friendly, and got me a handy bag to put the plushie in too.Will almost definitely be back in future, as they seemed to have a good stock of Jellycat plushies behind the counter!
Horrible service. horribly rude owner and they don't care about their customers. Jewellery on display was dirty, when I finally found something I wanted it was such a bother for them to help me that I wish I hadn't even asked. Save yourself the bother and go somewhere else.
I bought a ring and 2 pairs of earrings last week. All beautiful, all hallmarked silver and the lady that served me was helpful and attentive.
Great stock dreadful service. The first time I came the assistant had her back to me so much so that I ended up leaving empty handed. I came back yesterday to buy the earings and the same assistant had to be prompted to serve me. Seemed disinterested and didnt even show me the earings before she put them in the box. Shame as the stock is lovely.
