I had to do everything for my case. They wanted me to pay off a debt of 8000. Would not even do work or investigate. I had to show them that Reading borough Council failef to carry out annal review, that they failed to inform the independent living fund of my changes in amount and that it was more than a three year debt. So yes they staff are friendly but lawyers are rubbish.
