Great place to park but a few potholes stopped 5 stars!

The parking is fine but a sign is left at the entrance warning that is full on. Busy days you may believe it ,many do, which is why if you ignore it you will find plenty of spaces at the far end. The park and ride ticket system baffles even visiting Nobel prize winners basically pay just for parking and take a snap of the sign in case you want to top up by phone later(You need both the phone r website and the location details ). You can pay for the bus with cash or card or you can try to decipher the machine but few win

1-11 hours parking 211-24 hours parking 424-48 hours parking 848-72 hours parking 12Maximum stay 72 hours. The day return bus fare for two adults and three children was 4.80. So 6.80 for day return bus fare & upto 11 hours parking. However, if you dont mind walking Oxford City is approximately 1.3 miles from Seacourt P&R and it takes me around 20-25 minutes and its a nice easy walk into Oxford City Centre.Unfortunately theres no waiting room or WCs at this car park, but there is a large bus shelter.400 service P&R Buses operate approximately every 15 minutes from Seacourt P&R during peak hours and they are managed by the Oxford Bus Company. There is CCTV & ANPR cameras fitted at this car park.

Good for finding parking and bus stop very close by. Takes some time to register for parking the first time but is quite cheap. Especially compared to parking in town.

I use Seacourt Park & Ride regularly for commuting; in the mornings on weekdays you can usually find a space so long as you arrive before around 10am (it does tend to get full after this time). It is a safe and well maintained car park operated by Oxford City Council, with a standard charge of 2 for 1-11 hours. Discounts are available for purchasing a longer period parking permit. Number plates are checked via ANPR so you do not need to display your ticket (but you must be sure to enter your number plate correctly!).The bus is operated separately from the car park (by the Oxford Bus Company), and costs 1.80 single and 2.80 for a return (2.60 off-peak). The buses have recently been upgraded and are fairly frequent.Oxford City Council have recently started work to expand the park & ride into a neighbouring field, due to be completed some time in 2019.
