Charged 3 x what I was quoted, call out fee is ridiculous (they say there is not one, there is!) case being looked at by trading Standards...Avoid these bullies. If we had known of there (well known) terrible reputation in Oxford we would have avoided.
This company is so ridiculously overpriced I would recommend anyone with drainage issues to steer well clear. Having been told on the phone the labour charge of 47.50 per half hour "plus 79.90 if it needs a jet wash" I went ahead and booked thinking that sounded reasonable. What the chap on the phone spectacularly failed to tell me was that it is 79.90 PER HALF HOUR". Plus VAT. So for 1 hour and 20 mins work we were handed a bill for almost 460! Outrageous. Having phoned other companies I gather we have paid at least 200 over the going rate for the same job. Use Fastclear only if you have money to burn.....
