Lucy, Joe, Dan and the whole team at Vets4Pets are awesome! They have taken brilliant care of our poorly pooch. They're always smiling, always happy to see him, as he is to see them.You can really tell that it's the animals that matter first to them. Fully recommend them!
This practise is a shining example of how a franchise veterinary practise should be run. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They show a huge amount of empathy to your situation and will help and guide you through your pets treatment. I know that I can ring in any time and ask for help or advice. Also I must say a very big thank you to Millie for always taking such care of my dogs, especially Fern, who at the moment is struggling with her health. I will always recommend this vets to people because I am so confident that they will have a good experience there.
This week we had a very sick cat, I took him to Botley and met the staff who were exceptional.. I was then introduced to Lucy a wonderful vet who went far and beyond any experience Id ever come across after years of breeding cats and keeping dogs....the empathy shown was perfect...my cat was transferred to their Abingdon surgery for intensive 24 hour care....after 2 nights he had made a remarkable recovery and we then met Dan who once again was passionate about the care and aftercare ....the staff and vets at both practises are wonderful and wouldnt hesitate using them again ...well done.....
I cannot put into words how wonderful the Vets4Pets staff are. They consistently go far beyond the call of duty and have skill, knowledge and utter compassion in absolute abundance. Not only have they taken such great care of my pets; they've also helped me deal with the loss of my puppy, for which I am incredibly grateful. Truly amazing people! Oh, and my dog loves the staff too...
