Silvia was wonderful! I would highly recommend her without reservation. She took the time to hear what I wanted - my roots died my natural color and a trim. She was very detailed and thorough. I felt that she went above and beyond, offering a treatment for my dry hair as well. Her prices are very reasonable and I loved the cut and style! Thank you Silvia!
I had a fabulous experience in Silvias salon yesterday. I had a haircut and a blow dry which made me look 5 years younger! Silvia is a brilliant master who constantly produces a brilliant result with my hair. An important thing is that these skillful manipulations she provides - cutting, colouring, styling, putting make up on - cost some reasonable amount of money. That is why I love coming here - I can sit back and relax enjoying the process. I know the result will be 5 stars and above!! Thank you, Silvia!
I don't usually do Google reviews, but Silvia is a master. I have been to her twice for both highlights and a cut, and am very impressed. She goes the extra mile to make sure you leave with lovely hair in great condition. I recommend her!
This was one of the worst hairdressing experience of my life. First of all, none of the hairdressers even had the decency to be nice or to make the most basic conversation. They kept dismissing my questions, which made the experience super awkward. Secondly, the way they handled my hair was painful and rude. When her colleague was dying my hair, Silvia kept coming and strongly grabbing it to look at it for no reason whatsoever and without even acknowledging me. Her colleague brushed my hair in a very brutal way, I could literally feel it getting ripped out. They charged me 45 pounds and took one hour and a half for dying my roots, but there was no visible change. I came out of the salon with the same hair I had when came in, with a clear demarcation between my roots and my hair colour. They had suggested to slowly ease back into my natural colour, but the result was really badly done. As an student, I have very little time and money, and seeing both getting wasted at the same time was incredibly frustrating. I should probably add a few small details that made the experience even that much more annoying: the lack of professionalism displayed when they didn't even suggest to trim my ends or make me do a colour dye allergy test; or the fact that my hairdresser knew so little about what she was doing that she could not answer a question like "What are you applying on my hair?". They didn't even have protective plastic to put on glasses, which forced me to read with my book at two inches away from my eyes. The only time Silvia smiled at me was when I payed her. I think that sums up the appalling lack of respect of this salon towards their clients. Avoid going there.
