Being a new patient to the practise, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The receptionists were friendly, welcoming and I was not kept waiting for my appointment. The dentist who carried out my dental checkup made me feel at ease, provided an efficient checkup and gave some helpful oral hygiene advise. Would happily recommend Summertown Dental Practise.
I've been a patient at this practice for over three years and have visited frequently for orthodontic, hygiene and check ups. The building is very clean and the facilities look new. Staff are friendly and always accommodating to help with any issues. Wait time in the waiting room is minimal and I have never had trouble in getting a prompt appointment.
I've been coming to this practice for more years than I care to remember (over 50!). The treatment is second to none, whether it be a check up, hygienist visit or dental treatment including the periodontist who has been lovely and caring with my treatment. In the last 8 months I've had two extractions (not related) after listening to advice, without pressure to go ahead, and experienced nothing but friendly and helpfulness from all concerned. The receptionists are always willing to assist and I always feel at ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending Summertown Dental and Implants.
I had some major issues with my teeth and I had several implants done. The whole process took a year to complete so I was able to interact with the staff at the surgery over an extended period of time. I can say that everybody (the receptionists, the hygienist, the nurses and the dentist) were very friendly and professional. I am pleased with the outcome and I am grateful to Dr Dhami for enabling me to chew again! Thank you everybody!
I've had two crowns in the last few months and my dentist has done these with a good mix of efficiency and care. I'm impressed with how quickly she works yet always making sure I am not in pain. The results have been excellent.
