I am really disappointed as they keep cancelling my appointment from last three times. My family has booked appointment, they gave date which was three months from than and cancelled it 3 days before appointment and asked to book again . And surprisingly it happens three times in a row.I am about to file complain to NHS and business standard agency as they never disclose the reason of cancellation and I suspect they give more priority to cash paid patient than NHS patient .I am eager to know their response before I raised this issue with higher authority and will wait for their reply till 14 days before I make any official complain.
I have always had a great experience at this dental practice. I have seen a few different dentists there who have all been very pleasant and professional. The dental nurses and reception staff are also very friendly. Will be booking again for my regular check up!
Visted Westbridge Dental Pratice over the Christmas break with chronic tooth ache. I called up at 8am to be told to come and sit and wait they will see me as soon as they can. I arrived and 10 minutes after arriving was greeted by a lovely lady who sorted my tooth and was left feeling relieved. Would highly recommend this pratice not only efficient but friendly too.
Horrible service ,first time didnt really do any work so i needed another appointment after 20 days and on second one was 10 minutes late and I had to take a day off from work both times and they wanted me to rebook. Just wow, end of story moving my files to another clinic.
Young and unexperinced dentist who knows very little and just rush his patients. I am disapoointed twice and will never go back again. Pathetic service!
