Rude Staff: There's a cashier lady, was rude! She doesn't has customer communication skills. She refused to return an item without box, that's ok. But shouldn't shut "no no we can't", even i told her i bought it without cover the day before. but she insisted and kept saying "no no no" loudly with rude manner! Few minutes later, she came back with the item cover (found it inside their store), so, she was wrong. Even she didn't apologise. I've heard like these stories before!My recommendation is should Argos take ALL the store staff for 45 days for training course.

Poor service !! Or should I say lack of service !! No staff to perform the jobs. One girl running the show , fair play she did try her best , but to the stuck up witch on the counter twiddling her thumbs , smile and do what you get paid for . Shocking service to what was a two item reserved online to only receive one at the store . False online information given . Wasted trip to town . Argos in town centre suck , stay away , go to Botley
