I have difficulty in finding the right bra, I was in Oxford and decided to give them a go. Have wasted so much money in the past at other stores.The Starr were amazing, nothing too much trouble, came away with 2comfy well fitted bras...... I hope. Particular thanks to Meriyam who's patience held during my fitting, she was amazing.
Good stock of food but some of the staff leave a lot to be desired. One guy was reducing one pack of fish cakes and I said I'd take them and I waited patiently He then put the pack back in the fridge rather than hand it to me and a guy grabbed it. I don't care about one reduced item but I do care about such a pi** poor attitude!
Lovely staff on lower ground floor. Excellent friendly service. Pity about the restaurant - a toastie that wasn't toasted with a bit drink that wasn't very warm. All part of a special offer that wasn't automatically applied. Festive atmosphere
Love Marks and Spencers. Have done so since I was a child. A pity that they have removed Indigo Autograph and Limited Edition. I do not like the M & S Collection it is so frumpy!! I love their food though..that never changes and still excellent.
This particular store of m and s is spacious and all the goods sold are well labeled and easy too find. There are three floors so there is a wide variety of merchandise . Also situated on the third floor is a very good restaurant with a ever changing menu which sells good fresh food. It is very popular with shoppers so you might not always get a seat but is highly recommended for a visit
