First time when I was here lady doctor with whome I had appointment was very kind and helpful, so I would give them 5 stars. However, my last experience with them scored under 0. I had appointment recently with a nurse, I needed word and advice from her about my problem. Previously I' ve got two sms reminders about my appointment. And than, 5 minutes before my appointment, while I was entering building they called me to cancel it! I told them I am literally there, but they rather explained me over the phone than in person while I was standing in the hall that nurse can not see me, 'cause it just been flaged that my problem is for the doctor and not for the nurse and that I need to make another appointment! That was extremly rude and humiliating experience. To tell me off like that from the door, refusing even to see me. Since I was already there, I would say nothing if they had explained me that face to face. I would just made another appointment, fine. But way they handled this situation... it was just ridiculous. I stud there for two minutes more infront of the reception totally confused with phone in my hand, then I turned arround and left. I have changed a surgery.

They aren't always very good at answering the phone, but believe me it's just because they are so busy they can't help it! Personally I think the people that work here do their best to help you and I respect them. I have once seen a doctor here I didn't like, but normally I go to see Dr Jones and he is fabulous. Try not to tarnish the whole place with one bad experience I say...

I have to change my view of the surgery. Still cant get through on the phone and need to wait a few weeks for certain docs (Logistics) but I have to say I cant fault the care Ive received during a particularly difficult time from one particular doctor. Shes really tried to help and gone above and beyond. Im very grateful and thankful for our NHS and its staff

Moved here a few years ago and have had nothing but good expertise and kindness. Personally I hope to be denied antibiotics if I don't need them. With the massive pressures and constraints on every GP practice from current government policy, I'm amazed and grateful for the care we've had here.

Reception staff are highly arrogant (yes, they seem to be all one sex). Only put up with them as the doctors themselves are nice.
