Not only were the all flowers breathtaking, from the bouquets to the chapel displays to the decorations in our marquee (which included a stunning arch), but the customer service was top notch. Shiela's expertise, creativity and friendly attitude meant that the vague visions in my head turned into a beautiful reality. I had an unfortunate experience today in this florists. I had gone in to order some flowers for a friend in Edinburgh. Whilst discussing options, which included the possibility of e-flowers, the owner declared that Edinburgh florists are rough. I am not sure what constitutes a rough florist but I do recognise casual unpleasantness. I can only assume that the owner didnt recognise my mild Edinburgh accent. I will not be back.
Best flowers ever received! We were absolutely delighted with the flowers and service here and will definitely be using them again. I spent a long time looking for the best local flower delivery in Oxford for my mum's birthday after Interflora let us down badly on a previous occasion. The flowers were beautiful and my mum said these were the nicest flowers she has ever received! All other aspects of the service were good and easy to use and they were responsive to my emails.
