I love this florist. Since it was taken over by new management a few years ago they have produced such beautiful work for me. I've always contacted them directly to get the best for my money. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent plants and excellent bouquets!! The best florist in Oxford!

You have just replied to my post but failed to deliver the flowers! Clearly someone is in, just not your delivery team. Same Day Flowers, who placed the order with you, had my phone number and told me their policy was that their suppliers would leave flowers with a neighbour if the recipient was out. My mother's neighbours were both in. Clearly there is a lack of communication between them and you. My mother tried to ring you as soon as she got home, which was before midday but there was no reply. Please let me know what you plan to do now as I certainly don't want the same flowers delivered on Thursday which have been hanging around since today. Really upset with Jasons Flowers. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on new year's eve for her birthday tomorrow. They tried to deliver them but she was out. They are meant to either leave with them a neighbour or let her know when they will re-deliver. Instead they just left a phone number which they have been refusing to answer all day and they are now closed until Thursday. So no birthday flowers. I won't be using them again.
I ordered a trug for my mother and it was beautifully arranged with fresh freschias, roses and other sweet smelling flowers and foliage. I also ordered a jam jar posie and again I was not disappointed. I highly recommend this florist.
