Really helpful staff, nice range, although not everything is on display - there are some things that are available to buy from the shop but you can only view online. The most thorough thing to do is view online first, then go in-store to try the different futon styles and fabrics, then put the two together!

I really like the design of many of their items, but the quality of the one product I bought left me unhappy. I bought a robe which fell apart after a few months, even though I only wore that thing once a week at best. I went to the shop to ask what to do about it and they told me to send photos. So I went back, took photos and sent them the one below. Didnt hear back so returned to the shop. There I was told that likely the producer wouldnt accept that this was their fault, so they couldnt do anything about it, since the guarantee is only a few months or so.. So I am stuck with a robe that is coming apart at the seams... not great. So in summary: Products that look great, but might fall apart after a few months.
