Amazing hospital from moment of booking .... plenty of communication with friendly staff followed by a lovely stay with welcoming and happy people looking after me. Post op follow ups and communication were also fab. I just cant rexommend it enough! Very lucky to have this hospital in my county
If you like to be spoken to in an aggressive manner and ignored by secretaries, then this is the place for you!Id rather suffer for the rest of my life in silence (which I now will) than use this hospital again.Your money will buy you better service elsewhere.
The clinical side of this place is very good, the issue is getting an appointment can take longer than just going to the NHS, nobody calls back or responds to emails. The admin hers is the worst I have come across in any industry let alone a medical one. I would say if you have a choice do not use the place and go elsewhere purely because the amount of time you will waste trying to just get seen to will probably make you even more ill.
