Visited Eye Hospital for recurring issue, they were very helpful, professional and efficient in dealing with my eye problem, from walking in to been seen, diagnosed and collecting prescription within 2 hours, much faster and effective than other facilities i have been seen at, thank you.

Ridiculous service! Awful attitude from the staff! Their lunch break is more important than people who are suffering and waiting for hours!
Disgusted with staff & system in this place , 4 times we have visit, each time more than 5hours wait! My partner in pain, cant see on one eye and they give ibuprofen each time different diagnose and his still not improve for 2 weeks! Ridiculed and waist of time, even at pharmacy they saying 15min for prescription we got it after 2h wait! Never again! If doctors & nurse s will get paid for walking around they will be billioners!
Used to go to three other eye hospitals regularity for many years where they were just as busy but got timings right more often than not. Here always a huge wait and lack of seats to accommodate patients waiting to be seen today.
