Great car park. You drive your car in. Park it. Go away for a bit then return. Pay a fee and drive away. Perfick.
Ridiculously busy, tight spots, pricy and awful entrance/exit. But, it's very very central.
AVOID! Possibly a place you might be able to park a car in. Maybe at 2am, but certainly not on a weekend. Avoid at all costs. You'll drive in and unable to find a space and will need to do a 50 point turn to get out -which you will do with great difficulty due to other cars trying to find parking.
