We have recently sold and purchased a house through Chancellors. Our main contact from the start was Charlie. We first enquired about a house that we was looking to buy. I had a call from Charlie and a viewing was booked for a few days later. Charlie was brilliant at communicating with us and met us with a smile a few days later at our potential new home. Upon arriving Charlie was very informative about the house we were viewing and was very friendly and chatty but professional. He showed us around and gave us as much info as he could regarding the property. We went back and viewed again a week later and put in an offer which to our delight was excepted. Charlie, also helped greatly with the sale of our home, so much so it was sold within 48 hrs of being on the market!! After suffering the loss of a parent, I had the difficult task, of selling the family home of more than 50 years. As you can imagine, an emotional time.
