Lots of positives: very friendly service, cool setting, varied menu, great cocktails. The food is just lacking a little refinement and skill. A few of the dishes we had were a bit underwhelming - the lobster was over cooked and the chicken was dry. Overall a good experience but the food wasnt stellar.
Amazing place. We have been here with a group of 9 and everyone was fully blown away by the food and cocktails. All very fresh and tasty. The restaurant offers both meat, fish and vegetarian option. The red snapper, chicken and ribs highly reccomended. Everyone thought of coming back. Really great addition in Oxford. Truly a place to visit.
Fantastic food, great atmosphere, unique bar and drinks, the guys in there are so friendly and genuinely passionate in what they do. I cannot recommend this place enough, definitely book ahead of time as this place is, rightfully so, booked up a lot. Never been disappointed here, one of my favourite places in Oxford
Went with party of 8 on Friday. My husband is from the Caribbean and therefore critical of his home food. He loved it. Food fresh and tasty but different. Service good and I recommend the Caribbean style cocktails.Good variety for vegetarians.
Went there for a group Christmas dinner and really loved the whole thing! The meal was tasty and in very large portions. Good use of spices and amazing flavour. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come again!
