We came here for the Beer School session. It was quite good but could have been in more depth and would have liked to have tasted a bigger variety of beers such as Stouts etc it seemed to be predominantly Pale Ales and Lager. The selection on tap wasn't amazing consisting mainly of brewdog core beers with a couple of guest beers that wouldn't wow many craft beer fans. It was a cute bar though with dogs welcome and a relaxed vibe. The ginger beer was lovely too.

Has recently become my favourite pub in Oxford. It has (for me) the full package, most importantly the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, the beers constantly change, they keep their lines perfectly and the food is excellent. They even have retro gaming booths, quiz nights, an excellent outside area and a running club. What's not to love?!!

If you've been to a brewdog bar before you know the score. This is a small one which I think actually works in its favour. The highlights are the incredibly unusual kegs they get in here (check untappd or their website) and the knowledgeable staff who don't mind a chat. I mainly go there for their reasonably priced bottle selection or if I'm going to a gig. Would recommend.

Really enjoyed my first time here - they have a number of beers available and it has been a lot of fun trying out the different types. thoroughly enjoyed!

Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Nice setting, interior looks great, excellent selection of beer and the food was very nice. Burgers looked and tasted excellent, the chicken wings were awesome. Now, for a couple of grumbles. The beer is far too expensive, 5.95 for a pint of beer!? That's export prices and however much it's dressed up as "craft beer" or sold in 33cl cans like the Americans, it's not. It's brewed in Scotland. I can't imagine ever popping in for a beer when the pints cost almost twice the price of every other pub on the Cowley Road. The food, however nice, again the price let's it down a little, 10 for a burger but if you want chips, that's extra, I find that annoying, any burger should come with chips as standard.I wanted to give this place 3 stars based on the price but I don't think that's fair as the food and beer are both very good.
