Never been made to feel less welcome in a bar - maybe we werent cool enough. A small family group looking for some lunch and a quiet drink. We gave up after 20mins. Never again. Second star for the view.
Nice cocktails. Great service. The rooftop has a fairly good view of the city centre.
One of the highlights of Oxford - well worth the walk up the staircase!Never really been to the club, but the rooftop bar is something I always take visitors to see. The views are breathtaking and better than those from the Westgate (as a local, I don't know any other rooftops that are readily accessible to the public).The cocktails are about 7 a pop and pints are 5 at least. This is expensive even for Oxford but not ridiculous.Hard to find and 3 stories of climbing, but I discovered this place after 3 years in the City and wish I'd found it earlier...
Bit swanky, not really my scene. Good views though. Had a nice Budweiser not shaken or stirred
The rooftop is lovely. Going up there just before sunset is always a great idea, especially if you are on a date - as the views from the one side are really pleasant - the other side is mainly the tops of other buildings :)Not cheap - but worth it.
