Just arrived from a long haul flight without a current reservation. Gave these guys a call (as we were staying close by) and William at Enterprise was super helpful in getting us organised with a rental car. Excellent Service and highly recommended,
This Kidlington Enterprise Rent-A-Car entrance into their office is not wheelchair accessible. They operate from a portacabin unit and have approximately four allocated parking bays to them. They do not offer their customers any in-house Wi-Fi connectivity, nor do they have a customer seated waiting area, nor offer a free drinks facility for their waiting customers. There is also no toilet facilities for customrs except for the staff on site. My service complaint here is about the lady manager. After signing off on the documentation, she handed over the keys to the vehicle. I did inspection of any damage already on the vehicle. Afterwards, I showed the manager and her male colleague the damages found on the vehicle and asked her to update her information on their system to avoid getting funny looks and or be accused of causing injury to the vehicle from her colleagues at the drop off point at a different location in London where the vehicle will be handed over to. These were damages already on the vehicle and some of the dents and scratches were not on their file/system and should have been. She said she would update her information on her system. On handing over the vehicle back in London, I had no choice but argue that the damages was already there and that it was the manager said she would update her system and did not. Rubbish customer service. Really not impressed with this behaviour. These lot tried to stich me up! Do your own vehicle inspections before driving off with the vehicle. You have been warned!
Excellent service - I had to organise a car last minute due to mine going to the scrap heap, I don't think I've ever had such friendly yet professional customer service, anywhere. No hard upsell on extra cover, the car itself was lovely to drive and they do free pick up/drop off if you let them know more than 24 hours in advance. I was also talked through the car controls which was useful as I'm used to driving a much older car, and things can be in different places. Will use again
I hire cars frequently and this is the best experience I have had. Jack and the other staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful and pleasant. Their policy is transparent and very reasonable regarding any damage to the car. And we were given virtually a brand new car. I will definitely use this branch again and have no hesitation in recommending it.
got car as ours was being mended at nearby Nationwide on someone else's insurance (they'd reversed into us)Because the small car we'd asked for and expected was not available (the previous person hadnt returned it) , we were given a gigantic 4 wheel drive Hyundai. Rita was wonderful, meeting me promptly at Nationwide Crash centre, kindly explaining how to use the unfamiliar new car and saying it would be fine if my son had to go far away in it, and not return til days after our own car was fixed.
