I used this service regularly for about six weeks and could not fault Thrifty Oxford at all. The staff (especially Sophie and Mo) were always really friendly and super helpful, providing a personal but very professional service. Booking/changes were made at short notice with ease and understanding and service was always given with a smile. The cars were always in great condition and deposit refunds consistently done within 24 hours. Also brilliant value for money. Couldn't have arranged a move and new job without it.

Car was fine, as was the service, but there was no way the tank was full on receipt (unless the car was so fuel thirsty to require 17 of petrol for 16 or so miles).

Extremely kind and friendly staff, assistance with all inquires, knowledgeable information Great service, clean comfortable vehicle.We hired a i30 for 4 days traveled over 700 miles between Glasgow and Oxford , Set sat nav to no motor ways or tolls recommend thrifty and this way to see the country.

I have used a few car rental firms in Oxford. Thrifty are very good. They are stricter on paperwork and checks, but I am fine with that. Good customer care and excellent service.

I cannot understand the other reviews for their service, I have had an excellent experience two times so far. Matt at the front desk went beyond the call-of-duty and got me into a car the other day with no reservation. No hassles, close to the downtown, no problems returning it, they had my info in the system. I recommend Thrifty here.
