As a child I hated the dentist and as soon as I was old enough to stop going I did. I had bad tooth ache about 6 years ago and came here to have the tooth out. I was so nervous and scared. 6 years later I no longer have gum disease, I visit the hygienist every 3 months to keep my teeth in good condition and have regular 6 month appointments. the way Ben was with me and the ladies on the reception iv turned into a scared nervous person into getting straight into the dentist seat. recently I have been seeing Natalie instead of ben due to him not being avaliable for 1 of my apointemtnd and she is amazing!!!!! 1 wish, I wish Natalie could do my filling a week Monday, no offence to Lewis as he really is lovely and caring just like the rest of the staff but Natalie calmed me instantly. top team right through. may I just add even though they are a private clinic now the expense can be made over more than 1 instalment and the price plans are very very good. thanks for everything. Luckily my husband got a second opinion after using this dentist. The second opinion was that it was shocking that, with regular attendance a tooth could be left with decay, for so long that a specialist dentist was called for who quoted 1,300 to 'maybe' save to tooth (second opinion dentist agreed work needed on this tooth but for a fraction of the cost, and no guarantee of success as Studio 95 had let it go for so long). They also wanted over 800 to extract an impacted wisdom tooth that was causing no problems and according to the second opinion dentist didn't need anything doing to comply with NICE criteria as there were no symptoms. Use for cosmetic dentistry only unless you have nothing better to spend money on than dentistry that doesn't need doing.
Excellent customer service and clinical care. I chose this practice after reading reviews and from a personal recommendation. Its a 3 hour drive from my home and certainly worth the traveling.
Our family has been with this practice for a number of years now. Weve seen various members of staff and have been delighted with each visit weve had. The staff are all very professional and welcoming. They always provide a detailed explanation of any work that is necessary. They have also been wonderful with our young children and continue to offer reassurance and show patience during our visits.
I can't recommend Clinic 95 highly enough. I have always been a very nervous patient, but I can honestly say following treatment by Lewis Hazelton I have no idea what I was worried about! On arrival Sarah and the whole team immediately put you at ease, and the whole experience has been extremely positive. I will never worry about going to the dentist again :)
