This used to be a lovely doctors surgery very friendly and personal, but since it merged with other surgeries (to cut costs I assume) it's a complete nightmare. Very disappointing.
If I could give this no stars I would, staff on reception are rude, nearly impossible to get an appointment and then your treated like a second class citizen if you ask when the nearest appointment will be! Probably better off going to the co-op you'll get more sympathy and better results.
Yet again you can,t get it right can you. I get a delivery from Pharmacy2U and the medicine you sent I didnt even ask for. I wanted dermol cream, didnt get it though. Call yourselves a medical centre you are incompetent, never get anything right. You are a complete waste of time and dont bother ringing me on my mobile as I have blocked you, clinical negligence this certainly is.
I previously gave what I believed to be a fair and balanced view after 2 years with the practice - giving 3 stars. Because of recent experiences and complaints along with the fact that they seem to run the practice as a Law Firm not an NHS GP practice has resulted in my edit. I can honestly say that it's like Russian roulette being a patient. You may be fortunate on one of two occasions but should you have ongoing conditions or have the audacity to complain - you will be treated with disdain. As they are the only practice within my catchment area I now have to contact the CCG to try and get registered with another surgery.
This doctors is one that has gone down over the years. Couldn't get an appointment for a 1 year old and they failed to book an important heart scan
