They do not accept orders to Canary Islands in the spanish version of their website, not advising about that, and making the customer takes all the mess to place the order. BTW, there is not a logical reason to exclude Canary Islands from ordering, every courier and Royal Mail works seamlessly for that destination. They, as many dealers already do, just have to exclude CI from VAT charging, according to CE directives.
It's been weeks since I returned a faulty product and I've still not received a refund.
Got what I ordered, with free shipping, well-packed, at a fair price. Sending the item took them a week, though, with no proactive messaging about how the order was coming along.Also, I'm having some trouble logging in now on Lambdatek's site as a customer, but that could just be me. Maybe they could cut down on the Javascript a bit to improve compatibility and speed.

Worst customer service ever. Do not buy from these people. Quite simply they lie and take your money if you have a problem with the product they send. Bought a Lenovo IdeaPad 100s second hand with a keyboard that rattled. I wanted another asap. Returns department told me to go online and put the item as faulty, they would collect it, and to buy another one. I followed process. Next one arrived a few days later with the same problem. I spoke to returns who NOW told me to send both back myself and pay for post, and if they did not find a fault then I would have to pay for them. Unbelievable - unfortunately you cannot rate 0. Time to get legal
