Dropped into my local Richer Sounds store last Monday looking to compare two TV's I was interested in. I've always bough from this company as they are so much better than all of the competition. The staff member, Ash, who helped me out was brilliant. He had a great level of knowledge regarding both TV's, provided me with some info that I didn't know about and was nothing but helpful. At the end of my visit when I mentioned I wasn't looking to buy just yet he asked if I wanted to leave my details and he'd get in touch if the prices changed etc! An absolutely brilliant store and a great company. Can't wait to buy my next TV from them!

Just been in and bought a new TV and the staff are really helpful and appear to have decent knowledge as opposed to the "I've got one of those" brigade of a certain major electrical shop. They also provide a 6 year warranty which is excellent. It felt like I was dealing with a small local store not one who has 53 stores. Definitely will use again.
