Really great service (from Jeff specifically), not jumped on, like so many other similar shops/stores and also not pushy whilst still being very helpful throughout. All in all a great experience, which is why we have normally looked Dreams for whenever we're replacing bed and/or mattresses. This has extra emphasis when based on other reviews for the Dreams stores in Reading (which would have been my nearest and easiest to get to), so that bit of better customer service does help. Let's just hope it's all good when it gets delivered etc in a few weeks.
