Absolutely loved it!!! Went in to help a friend from work, and was surprised by the amount of kit available...!! Seriously thinking of joining!!
Big new friendly gym. Mornings are a great time to go. Free classes with membership 200 trainers onsite and always something interesting going on in the lobby area (protein shake trials, cake bakes, charity things) best value and right in the center of town.
Amazing gym! It's very busy but there's no queue for any exercises. Lots of different machines with a very helpful staff. The fitting room is clean and safe. There is only one thing which I am a disappointed and it's the air conditioned, sometimes it's really cold
The main negative is the loud music, non-stop, much louder even than my in-ear headphones. Even at night, when there's only 10 of us there, mostly with headphones (take the hint...), this garbage is still spewing. Even in the changing rooms. There's no chance to enjoy your own music, or a youtube documentary, or to feel an 'escape' while running.Also it says 24/7 but the changing rooms are locked from midnight to 5am, so not really.
People leave me alone. I can get my sets done and leave. Staff are professional and quiet, and there are enough racks. Love it
