People serving were more interested in carrying on their conversation that serving. Cinema was mostly empty so we had a choice of seating.it wasn't too cold or warm just right temperature
Great service after movie theatre wouldnt be ready on time, we were notified and given a free ticket.
Very good service, comfortable place to watch a movie. Nice and central to town. Though they did forget to turn off the big light for the first 5-10mins of the film
Avoid the front few rows in Screen 4, especially in winter. The floor is not level so the seats slope uncomfortably from left to right. Also, there's insufficient heating which meant we were freezing by the end of the film. A valuable Friday night ruined and I had to pay almost a tenner for the privilege. Staying in my warm, comfortable sitting room with Netflix would have been a cheaper, and more enjoyable, option.
The cinema is deceivingly small, still using projectors for their films and the seats are very steep. Do not opt for a row higher than K. The staff were lovely though and highlight of the experience. Thanks Anna!
