The UPP is the place to be. The only place I know to see the more obscure and the classics. Lovely staff. Comfy seats. One screen. Plus a bar that serves G&D's ice cream. Perfect.

We began working with The Ultimate Picture Palace in Spring 2017 when we were challenged to evolve their visual and strategic brand. Becky, Tom and the team are wonderful to work with and we loved being taken on the journey of the cinemas history and hearing about their plans for growth. It was fantastic collaborating with them to bring their vision to life!
I am always hesitant it when it comes to artisanal or independent movie theaters due to past experiences. I have found them to be overpriced, to show movies that are too specific and niche to enjoy with large groups of people or to have an elitist feeling to them. The Ultimate Picture Palace is none of those things. It is charming, fun, welcoming, well priced and shows such a wide variety of movies that I can always find a screening of something that I am in the mood for. It has the feeling of going to the cinema that I love. The classical set up in a beautiful building helps remind me of what I love about going to cinema for - the experience. The experience of going to a cinema with friends and sitting with a bunch of people and enjoying a movie is amplified in this homely environment (as opposed to more commercial cinemas). If someone is looking for the nostalgic feeling of seeing a movie then I can't recommend a better place.
