Absolutely awful customer service.The club itself is alright, however due to recent experiences- i would not recommend this club at all.I have been trying to get in contact with the club for over 2 weeks now. I left my coat in the cloakroom and still have my cloakroom number, i have been messaging/ringing/texting and leaving voicemails and have still had no contact back- despite my messages being 'seen'.I do not live in oxford, so i cannot easily 'walk' down and pick it up.They have been made aware of this and are still choosing to ignore me. This has ruined what was a decent night out in a decent place.do not recommend, awful customer service.,
Great time at Fever. I visit every time i'm in Oxford and book a VIP package. Great music, funky dancefloor!
I went to fever and it was LIIIITTT I would highly recommend.
We had a fabulous night here 2 weeks ago. The bar staff were so quick and even remembered what I ordered on my previous round (pretty unusual for a nightclub!). The doorstaff were really welcoming and polite. Great atmosphere, fab music, really chilled out vibe. We'll definitely be back!
Had a great time at Fever. Door staff were very welcoming and friendly which was nice and once we got inside the atmosphere was great. They've got a massive light up dancefloor and loads of disco balls. Had a great time dancing and singing along to all my favourite 90s and 00s tracks. Drinks prices were definitely reasonable for Oxford too.
