Had an issue over 6 months ago and as expected couldn't even get a response from anyone in charge about the matter rude staff and very sexist and couldn't care less about there customers or the welfare of the people in there club. They wouldn't even get a one star if I could put 0.
Been going there for many years but only just had the need to rate it as I'm never going back.Combined 30 mins wasted handing in my coat and getting it back.. no queue.. no one just seemed to care I was waiting.The bald manager is busy trying to pick up women as opposed to doing his job.Dance floor riddled with hungry predators ready to pounce on any female with life in her chest... Afraid to take my girlfriend there anymore ..So disappointed, it used to be so good back in the day.Oh and maybe turn the heating on outside, it's october fyi

There is no lower place to go in Oxford. Absolutely outraged by the service of manager (I think he was polis guy amd security guys). I was on the night out with my friends, I decidwd to ask DJ for somg (Ed Sheeran) and paid him... after 5-10min I went back to DJ to ask when is he going to play my song and he HIT ME on tne FACE!!!!!!!!!!! Police investigating, management apooling.
