I have had a very positive experience with JCP estate agents. Alex was particularly good. He came and saw my house the same day I called and gave me a realistic rental figure, guiding me carefully through the letting process from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
Alex was very helpful when showing us properties. He was able to find us different options, which was different to other estate agents we also worked with as they did not do this for us. This is one of the main reasons why we went with JCP. It is also very useful that the deposit doesn't have to made until later on, helpful when we are relying on student budgets!
Great customer experience and great communication skills too. together we operate in a quick turn around so the tenants are never waiting to long for there appliances to be repaired. Alex is the main guy who sorts this out and is fantastic in doing so.
Alex was extremely helpful and professional when helping me and my friends find our first property to rent. I would recommend this agency as they are considerate of students financial predicament and don't expect the deposits straight up like other agency's but they allow students till June to come up with the deposit. This is extremely helpful as we rely on student loans. Overall my decision was made much easier with the help of Alex as he keeps you up to date and alerts you of anything occurring.
