We booked our honeymoon with flight centre. They were very helpful and knowledge able before, during and after our trip. We jow have amazing memories from South America.
The kids that work here are arrogant. Very poor customer service. The center had no other customers and a surplus of staff when I entered. Most of my questions were met with arrogant/insulting answers insinuating I'm stupid and people I know are too. In case you didn't notice by the tone of this critic, I am furious. Luckily I didn't explode and give these smart ass kids a vicious talking too. The only professional one there was me. Disgraceful flight centre!!!
Great staff, very knowledable and helpful
