Have just returned from 2 weeks in Vietnam. The local guides and organised part of the trip were very good. We added for 4 nights on for a luxury beach break. The hotel and resort which were recommended by and paid through Travel indochina UK office who claimed to have visited the area turned out to be in a Russian equivalent of Magaluf. Travelindochina London office were were totally unhelpful and several days of our once in a lifetime holiday were wasted. We organised and paid at our own expense to transfer to another hotel in another area which was lovely. The test of how good a company is how they behave when things go wrong. These guys simply washed their hands of us and for that reason I wouldn't recommend them or travel with them again
