Just returned from a Santa day trip with Transun. What a wonderful day we had, slick, organised and to top it off, we met the real Santa. Grandaughters aged 6 and 8 were so excited. The attention to detail was amazing. Was it expensive, yes, but dreams coming true does come at a price. Well done to all the team for making it so very special.
Transun are an awful company with awful customer services. We booked a holiday for Lapalnd in December for 3 adults and 3 kids last February, to be told in September the accomodation we booked isn't available now and they have 'upgraded' us to a cabin elsewhere. 2 hours away from anything and certainly not suitable for children. We now have 3 upset children who we have had to explain we can't go to Lapland now, as it's far too late to get anything like what we originally had booked.The most annoying thing is, I left a comment on their Facebook page about his upset and disgusted we were and they deleted it. No response, no message from them, nothing, they just simply deleted the comment and moved on. NOT ACCEPTABLE.Do NOT trust them.
Horrific experiences with even worse customer service.... 1star holidays at 5star prices.... give this shower a very very wide berth.!.!.!.
