Never felt compelled to review a shop before but after multiple bad experiences with Cycle King I cannot sit by and let others make the same mistake. Avoid this shop at all costs, even for small items like inner tubes. Every single inner tube I've bought from here has either already had a puncture or has developed one within 48 hours of fitting. There are many other great bike shops in Cowley. Take your business elsewhere.

I bought both my bikes from Cycle King, including an electric one 3 years ago which has been brilliant. I've always had great, knowledgable service from them and a they have a friendly, can-do attitude. They do great deals on accessories if you purchase a bike and offer good advice on their products. Today they fixed my brakes while I waited - a quick fix thankfully - and didn't even charge me.
Usually bike shops try to sell you everything and you end up spending loads on things you dont need to repair your bike. The cycle king on Cowley road is the opposite - they fixed my bike free of charge and they have been really great to my sister and best friend who also needed to get bike repairs. Will definitely be using this as my bike shop - cheap, honest and friendly service.
