Very helpful. Really great service.Good I was changing my pedals but could not loosen the bolts. They loosened them for me with no charge. I then went in for grease to use to fit the new pedals and they persuaded me that I already had the correct grease.
Brought a wheel in to have several spokes replaced and the wheel trued, almost a complete rebuild of the wheel. Price for the service was very reasonable and clearly laid out.Later brought in another wheel with a seized cassette locking ring, which I couldn't budge with my tools, try as I might, and they had a go at it there and then, despite having other jobs on the go. They managed to free the seized part on the spot and didn't charge me for it. Excellent service!A polite and friendly team, who seem equally at home helping novices and more knowledgeable customers.
