Sorry to be the bringer of bad news but theses guys are bust - shop cleared out and receivers now secured the shop in OxfordI wonder if the directors - names/addresses easily available from Companies House, could help us get our money back - clearly taking our money with no intent of providing the goods is not really how things are done - I wonder if they are aware of their fiduciary duties and what constitutes wrongful trading?Perhaps James Lee Heath of 272 Abingdon Road or one of the other directors could help here?If you havent already contact your credit card company
Company has gone bump ! Taking orders with no intention of fulfilling them and removing money from cards and accounts copied from emails "Thank you for your order. Your card was authenticated successfully but NO money has been debited from your account. Your card will ONLYbe debited when your order is fulfilled" Fingers crossed the people invlved will get whats coming to them and if you have ordered and are awaiting stock start claims with you backs and Paypal .
I have previously used this company and found it fine but I have recently ordered some products over a month ago now and it hasn't been shipped. I emailed twice and received a very delayed response that the stock wasn't available but would be soon and that it would soon be shipped. Still no sign of it and today the website isn't working. I'm not sure what is going on with the business but I hope I can at least get my money back. Disappointing
Im becoming extremely concerned as it has now been over 3 weeks since I ordered with no confirmation of a delivery date and now the website is down and no one is answering the contact phone number. I have left a message but have not received a response, order number 75510I dont want to cancel the order but Im beginning to feel like I dont have an alternative. Please can you advise me of the delivery date today.
Shocking company - Stay away!!! Ordered some handlebars about a month ago now, they took my money straight away (even though it was stated on the site it wouldn't be taken until dispatch). I then heard nothing for a week, emailed their customer services and asked what was going on as needed my bars for the following weekend as I had an uplift day booked. Was told that they would be dispatched within 24h special delivery. A few days passed and still nothing, emailed them again asking for a refund and to cancel my order. They then replied saying it had already been dispatched (The order tracking did not confirm this until about 30 mins after the email exchange, then it changed). The next day I got my package, opened it up to find the wrong bars had been sent out (obv I never made my uplift day). I sent them back the next day and emailed asking for a full refund. I was told that as soon as they arrive a refund would be processed and my return postage of 7.50 would be included. The customer service team are nice and polite and fill you with sunshine and rainbows but at the end of the day the whole operation is laughable. I won't be using them again.I'm now considering opening a dispute with PayPal in hope that I get a refund before they go out of business from being so much poorer than the competition.
