Went in to consider a road bike Id seen online but wanted more information. The bike mechanic Razvan was incredibly helpful, very knowledgable and gave me a lot of tips for starting out. He also did a great job of suggesting other bike accessories I might need and why theyd help but without being pushy. Great customer service and as a result Ill return for bike related goods
A few changing rooms but some don't lock!!Also, no screen for privacy to show your companion what you look like.I take it that People with a disability don't do sport!! As not found appropriate changing rooms Excellent selection of items in store
Only give a star as there is no toilets, I been with my kids to buy them all gear for skiing, who have kids know whats it like. Staff send me to McDonalds to toilet.
Not a big deal. Visited Sunday. Not much stuff on shelves. Missing lots of items available online. Messy. Helpful staff though.
Great products at really good prices. Btwin bikes consistently win best value awards. An amazing array of sports equipment. The loyalty scheme isnt really worth much anymore since they changed it though.
