A small, slightly quirky but in a good way, cafe. A good place to meet friends and chat, and have a drink or something to eat at reasonable prices. Be careful on the stairs to the seating area above the servery, and to the loo below!
At first I thought this cafe seemed a little expensive; also slightly awkward, bcause I had to carry my hot drinks up several flights of stairs. But I am so glad that I stuck with it! This is easily the best breakfast you'll find in Oxford.- with probably the nicest sausages that I've eaten in a long time. We came back eagerly the next day and had the same again - delicious!
This cafe offers a large selection of tasty food. At lunchtimes it can be difficult to find a table. If you are looking for some peace and quiet in the centre of the city this is an ideal place outside of peak times such as lunch.
Very nice place, I go there almost every morning on my way to work.Good croissant, good coffee, nice service, good sandwiches all of that for a very fair price.Recommend it 100% :)
